In addition, we received more bad news from Early last night, and continue to hurt with our family there. You can read more about that on my personal blog. To say the least we haven't slept much, and are praying for healing, both of the hearts of those grieving, and for our bodies as we regain our strength so we can get back to the kids!
On a warm and fuzzy note, when Geoff called "Lolo" (our main contact for the orphanage) to let him know we couldn't make it to work this morning since we were quite sick still, he met us with genuine concern. He even invited us over for dinner if we felt good enough, saying he'd make us a "special soup." We, unfortunately, did NOT feel good enough to get away from the house, but it just made me feel so special and loved that someone wanted to make us soup. Isn't that nice? Not that soup sounds good at all right now. Or any food. Still, I am so thankful for people who care for each other. Thanks to all of you who care for us as well, we greatly appreciate your support through love, and prayers.
